Shipping & Returns

We package every order with care to make sure your jewellery reaches you in perfect condition, using protective packaging that keeps each piece safe during transit.

Orders placed before 2 PM are usually processed the same day, and all other orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking details so you can follow your package right to your doorstep.

We currently ship only within India and are working on expanding to international shipping soon, so do check back if you are ordering from outside the country. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, please reach out to our support team through the contact page and we will help track it down as quickly as possible.

Express Shipping: ₹199 | 2–3 business days
Free Shipping: On orders above ₹2,500

We ship across India. All orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects — broken clasps, stone damage, or incorrect items.

We do not accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons.

To initiate an exchange, email us at hello@everydaytheory.in with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We don't do returns for change of mind, but we're happy to help you find the right piece.
